Full custom Flash website design for cartoon character licensing company in Kent, Ohio. The entire site, incuding intro animation, section header animation, button animation, site design & implementation was custom designed from start to finish.

I also designed the Kooties™ cartoon character group, so this project really was a complete job from start to finish.
